  • Quarterly Goals: The specific, measurable commitments you will undertake in the next 90 days.

While your purpose and long-term vision remain largely steadfast, the quarterly section is where ambition meets reality, transforming grand ideas into concrete, actionable steps.

Then, narrow your focus:

  • Three to five key goals for the next year.
  • Concrete, measurable commitments for the next 90 days.

When the quarter concludes, review your plan with honesty. Celebrate your achievements, learn from your shortcomings, and then, craft the next one.

Running a company is inherently challenging. Running one while maintaining health, staying grounded, and nurturing connections with loved ones is even harder. The One-Page Plan won’t erase chaos, nor will it prevent difficult quarters, layoffs, or market corrections. But it will ensure that you’re always building the life you intend, not merely reacting to the one that unfolds.
