Salim Raiss: A Seasoned Executive with a Proven Track Record
Salim Raiss, the newly appointed managing director, brings a wealth of experience to the role. A graduate in engineering from France, Raiss has held various positions in the agri-food sector, including at Unilever and Danone. He has also worked in the chemical industry with DuPont de Nemours, where he held key positions, including Industrial Project Manager and Research and Development Project Director.
Leadership Experience and Vision for AGL’s Moroccan Operations
In his previous role as regional managing director for Francophone Africa, Raiss led several projects, including the development of export flows to over 20 countries in the EMEA region. He also played a key role in establishing the Moroccan subsidiary of the Azelis group, an international distributor of chemical products. Raiss’s experience and vision are set to drive AGL’s expansion and strengthen its operations in Morocco.
